A. Yes. Because the custom ebook template will be created and saved as an .ODT file format, you will need to have a copy of OpenOffice Writer installed on your computer to open the editable form and make changes.

In addition, you may also require an image editing program that can accept .PSD files if you need to make changes to any graphical elements of your finished custom ebook template. We suggest using Adobe Photoshop 7 or higher, but you are free to use any image editing software you like.

A. In most cases, it will take 3 to 5 business days after receiving your order and discussing your wants/needs to get your design done.

If, however, you want a design created from scratch, this will take considerably longer and could take up to 1 to 2 weeks to complete.

Keep in mind too that we are always happy to work with you and that it could take an extra couple of days if any revisions of the design are requested.

Also, it’s important to note that you are not the only person we are working with, so depending on how many other orders are in que, this will ultimately determine completion length time frame of your order.
